This is rarely where we believe it to be. Not in the next insight, the better strategy, or the deeper understanding. It lives in the body, in the nervous system, in the oldest patterns we carry — often long before we had words for any of it.

This is the work I am committed to. Not fixing what's broken — nothing is broken — but going to where the pattern actually lives and working there. Slowly, honestly, with real attention.

Sometimes that means staying with a question that doesn't have an easy answer. Sometimes it means stopping to work with the body directly. Sometimes it means turning toward the inner parts of yourself that have been working hardest to keep you safe.

And sometimes all of that happens with horses.

You are so much closer than you think

There's a particular kind of woman I work with.

She's self-aware, has done real work on herself — and something still feels unintegrated. Like the pieces are there but haven't quite landed yet.

She knows things she hasn't yet become.

Part of our work is strengthening the relationship she has with herself. As that grows, so does her capacity to be with the harder parts.

She finds she can hold more than she thought.

Our work doesn't just talk about the body. It starts there — moving into the oldest relational patterns, into the parts still working overtime to keep her safe.

We move slowly. And sometimes what couldn't be held turns out to be simpler — and more tender — than she expected.

This is work I believe in deeply. And I'd be honored to do it with you.
